A 501(c)(3), all-breed, volunteer-based rescue in San Diego that focuses on homeless or at-risk dogs, providing safe environments and finding loving homes while working to combat overpopulation and disease.

A 501(c)(3) non-profit dog rescue on ten acres in San Diego County dedicated to dog adoption and fostering. Since 2010 they’ve matched over 5,000 dogs with families across the U.S. and Canada.

An all-breed, volunteer-run, donation-based rescue that pulls dogs from overcrowded shelters and the streets of Mexico, with a mission to build a sanctuary model for expansion into other cities.

A foster-based 501(c)(3) volunteer rescue founded in 2008, Second Chance Dog Rescue takes in homeless and at-risk dogs from local shelters (and southern Baja), provides full medical care and rehabilitation, and places every dog in a private foster home until adoption.

An all-volunteer 501(c)(3) rescue based in North County San Diego, SPOT focuses on saving dogs (and cats) at risk of euthanasia in local shelters by placing them in foster homes, running adoption events and fundraisers, and advocating spay/neuter programs—with the ultimate goal of empty shelters.
